I, for one, think this is great that he has embraced Star Wars as the far superior mythology to follow. We’ve had Presidents into cool stuff in the past. Bush II liked… going to bed at 10, Clinton liked jazz, Bush I… um… I’ll get back to you on that, Regan liked Jelly Beans and Hank Williams, Carter liked the Allman Brothers Band, Ford liked football, Nixon was known to have at least on one occasion, listened to Jefferson Airplane’s Surrealistic Pillow, and Johnson liked to get his pants tailored in the Oval.
A Nerd in chief is cool. Do you really want someone on our level? We tried that for eight years and look where that got us.
